I was tempted to take pictures of everything in Paia--Cafe Mambo, my favorite shops, the post office, every street, every restaurant, all the signs, the hippie people, the gelatto shop, our car parked in the street, etc., but I figured this was enough.

There's a gelato shop? Are you kidding me? How much better does it get? Not only do you get warm weather, the Pacific, lovely beaches, cool friends, a new culture, an adventure, but you get to have gelato too. I'll be talking to God about this one. I think he's playing favorites :) Just kidding. Paia looks beautiful. (And I for one wouldn't complain about pictures of all those other things).
